2 years ago today

Lots of stuff has been going on the last few weeks. Firstly, my grandparents moved from their house in cedar city to a different house. I was SO sad because now both houses I remember from childhood aren't in the family anymore.  My in-laws would say it's just a house, but really I mean, you have memories in that house.  I'm a huge fan of nostalgia and there are things you don't remember until, your in a certain room, or hear a certain song, or smell a smell.  Sadly, I will probably forget a lot of stuff about my summers in Cedar now. It is what it is though, right? From my old house I remember how we used to have turtles and they were in Daniel and David's room and it made the room smell DISGUSTING. For years after that it smelled bad in that room no matter what was done. Here's a photo of the house...

The first day I kept Arleigh and my little sister Merissa and we just hung out while everyone packed, you can't do much when there's a baby around.  We had fun I think, luckily my aunt has a house there so we got to go play at her house and hang out in the backyard.  I love the changing colors and especially love when there's bright yellow tree among a group of greens and I took a really cool photo of one. Marvel at my talent haha SYKE marvel at the app on my phone that made it look this awesome, I basically took a picture of the tree and then edited it.  Looks cool though right?

Last and secondly, my baby is 2 years old and no longer a baby officially.  She is HUGE! She wears size 8 shoes and 3 T clothing. Neither of these fit her perfectly, however, they are better than 2 t's that sqeeze her belly (pants) or show her belly ( shirts). My mom says this is because I dry her clothes, but seriously, am I supposed to have to HANG DRY baby clothes? We barely find space to hang dry our own clothes let alone the 10-12 outfits my daughter has because she spills on things or falls and dirties her jeans! So I continue to dry them and hope her new 3ts last through winter.  I bought her new boots and some cute jeans.  The other cute things come from Tyler's Nana who is seriously the most amazing great grandma ever. She loves Arleigh and we love her back.  We went to the zoo 2x's this week once because Tyler took they day off and secondly because today is Arleigh's birthday and she loves the zoo (we have a year pass).  I'm going to bring you on a photographic tour or these 2 visits...come along and stay with your buddy at ALL times.

Yes, my husband loves wolves so I took this photo, and I LOVE that my daughter climb into this shell and thought it was AWESOME!

The elephants, too cool, I could watch them all day...I just can't get enough..I just can't get enough.

I just think this photo is too cute.

OH YA for Arleigh's birthday we got her fish, she loves them and delayed bed time contesting that she had to watch them.  Their names are Stanley, and Lola.  Arleigh knows which is which so when you see her next ask her.  My life may seem boring, but it's great to me.  Oh and I got a job at kohls. 4-10 am shifts, but it gives us some extra benny's so I guess that's what I have to focus on, eek.
